[Link removed - login to see] has worked in the areas of firefighting, emergency services, and law enforcement. Starting in 1987 he began working for Utica Township's Fire and EMS. He worked his way up to Assistant Chief and then Chief in 1993. While he continues to serve as Chief of New Chapel Fire and EMS also works as a State Trooper for the State of Indiana. He was promoted to the position of Sergeant in 2008 and then First Sergeant in August of 2011.
